Monthly CAPACITY for main Factory 7,000,000 pieces Monthly CAPACITY for 2nd Compact Brush Factory 1,000,000 pieces
03 . Is Tianjin MINGWEI factory using subcontract production?
We produce 100% IN-HOUSE PROCESS PRODUCTION to meet customer needs. We have more than 100 skilled Hair Assembly technicians, so we produce all HIGH-END QUALITY BRUSH orders by ourselves directly without relying on outside subcontracted production. We are the REAL manufacturing Plant to produce the TOP BRANDS BRUSHES SUCH AS Dior brushes, L’Oréal brushes, Estée Lauder, Sephora, Mac, Sonia Kashuk, Kiko Milano, NARS, HOURGLASS, CLINUQUE, NYX, bareMinerals, Tarte etc.
04 . Does your factory directly produce the main materials for brushes?
We produce the PBT Synthetic Fiber by ourselves directly. We produce the metal components and the handles by ourselves directly. LOGO decoration - we do all by IN-HOUSE Process.
05 . What is the lead time for the production and shipment?
Regular lead time is 50days to 60days
