"MINGWEI" is a company that puts human rights first and fulfills social responsibility in all management activities, declares "human rights management that guarantees human dignity and value" and pledges to practice it as follows.

01. Support /comply with international stamdards and norms such as the UN Charter of Basic Human Rights and SA 8000, and comply with all dometic laws related to human rights protection.
02. Treat business partners fairly, support human rights management, and suspend transactions in case of violations of human rights by business partners.
03. There is no discrimination in employment due to gender, disability, race, religion, nationality, social status, educational background, age, political orientation, etc., and provides a working environment of mutual respect and consideration.
04. A safe and sanitary work environment is provided to executives / employees.
05. Prohibit child labor and forced labor, including business partners, and comply with all labor principles and labor-related domestic laws recommended by the international Labor Organization(ILO) and ratified by the Country in relation to health/safety/working environment.
06. Ensure the freedom of association and collective bargaining of employees.
07. Respect the human rights of all stakeholders, including local residents, business partners and related organizations. 
08. Comply with domestic/international environmental laws and strive to protect the environment and prevent pollution. 
09. Prevent human rights violations in advance, strive for active relief, and take the lead in human rights management through continuous human rights improvement activities.
